Are you licensed and insured?
You can rest assured that we are fully insured for all of our services! As for licensing, there is technically not a license for exterior cleaning, but we are registered with both the state of Oregon and the city of Portland.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No need to be home for pressure washing or house soft washing! For window cleaning, I’ll need access to the inside of your home to remove window screens and complete any interior window or track cleaning. You’re welcome to be home during the service, or you can leave instructions for how I can access the property.
How do you quote jobs?
Depending on the size and location of the job, we may ask you to send a few photos so we can provide an accurate quote remotely. For larger or more unique projects especially, we like to schedule a time for us to give a quote in person.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, check, cash, and card (with 3% fee).
