Our techniques
High pressure cleaning can easily damage siding, ripping up paint and forcing water under the boards. To avoid these issues, we only do “soft-washing” on siding. Instead of using high pressure, we apply a cleaning chemical solution to the house, let it dwell briefly to give it time to work, then rinse it all off with low pressure. We also rinse the landscaping before and after the cleaning to keep your plants healthy.
